1. You’re in charge of keeping your account and password safe. ZOFAX isn’t responsible for any loss or damage that results from your failure to take this security seriously.

1. A single individual or legal entity is allowed to hold only one free account at a time.

1. Our free trial is designed to let you test the Resources and see how well they work for you. Keep in mind, though, that it's limited in duration and the number of printouts you can make. We might adjust these limits from time to time.

1. Our free registration and trial period is limited to one trial per family, household, school, or organization. We reserve the right to deny a trial for any reason, including but not limited to any suspected duplicate registrations from the same individual or entity.

1. To settle your accounts, you’ll need a valid payment method based on your chosen option.

1. If you decide to register for a monthly subscription and don’t cancel within the first month, you’ll start getting billed monthly a month after you set up your account. Just a heads-up: if you choose to cancel before your second payment goes through, you won’t be charged again.

1. The Service is charged upfront on a monthly basis and is not eligible for refunds. This means that there won’t be any refunds or credits issued for any partial months of service, adjustments for upgrades or downgrades, or for any months that go unused while the account remains active.

1. All prices listed include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise specified.

1. You’re in charge of cancelling your account, so make sure to handle it yourself. Just sending an email or calling won’t do the trick for cancellation. 1. Educatsy subscriptions are designed to enable individuals to print or download resources strictly for their personal use.

1. We believe that it's unlikely for any user to require the download or printing of more than 150 resources in a single subscription month. Accounts that surpass this limit will undergo a review, and downloading or printing privileges may be paused for the remainder of that month. Subscription months are calculated from the date the subscription begins.

1. You’re not allowed to consistently copy or download material from our site to create any type of extensive collection, directory, or database unless you have our explicit written consent to do so.

1. If you are a teacher, the following conditions also apply.

1. A teacher can use the Service for their own students and can also send home materials for homework.
